One Stop has been giving valuable time back to its franchisees and helping them achieve a better work/life balance, thanks to the unique way in which it operates.

One Stop franchisee, Karlos Patel has been enjoying the benefits of the One Stop model since joining in 2014. Operating stores in Leeds and South Cave, near Hull, Patel explained: “I run a family business with my wife and son. Before we moved over to One Stop we couldn’t take family holidays together, as one of us always had to stay behind. Two years ago, it was the first time in over a decade that we were able to go away together. We can now leave the stores to be run with our teams in place, as One Stop provides a structured model that can be managed by staff, rather than just the store owners.”
