National Operations Manager speaks on One Stop’s first conference
A benefit to both franchisee and franchisor, the conference set the foundation for an annual tradition.
Taranjit Dhillon, National Operations Manager for One Stop Franchise, recently took the time to appear on The Federation of Independent Retailers‘ The Fed Talks podcast series.
In his appearance he shared his insight into the first annual One Stop Franchise conference, held on the 28th of September 2023.
“I think the main objective was to bring all of our franchisees together and start the engagement directly with our leadership team.
It was a chance to unite the whole network, and gain a further insight into what our franchisees think about the past 10 years.”
Taranjit spoke about One Stop leadership’s involvement with the conference, as well as franchisees involvement, with panels being held throughout the day to share a vast amount of industry expert advice.

John Miller, Head of Franchise, also unveiled plans for a new ‘Store of the Year’ incentive for franchisees.
The incentive will see the One Stop Franchise network of franchisees vote on who they think should be nominated as store of the year from different regions.
The metrics for this decision could be based on:
- the business owner’s character.
- award that they have won.
- sales increases that they have attained in their store.
- footfall driving innovations.
- record profits.
- many more…
The winner of ‘Store of the Year’ will be compensated with a financial prize.
