  • Part of our commitment to partnering with your store is a fully managed refit. We’ll invest up to £50,000 in a new look and feel inside and outside your store, reflecting the One Stop branding while working around your shop’s unique size, dimensions and features.
  • Our experienced team will ensure the refit runs smoothly from start to finish, liaising with you on store layout, flow and adjacencies.
  • Outside, your signage will be personalised with your name or original shop name so that your own identity is still pride of place – letting customers know it’s still your store.
  • We’ll provide you with OUR market-leading 2 lane EPoS system and make sure you’re ready to trade as a One Stop franchise, with the support of our retail experts.
  • Our back-office system helps you to run YOUR store more efficiently, by providing sales and margin reports at a touch, real-time store-specific planograms and auto replenishment, saving you hours on ordering.
  • Costs agreed in advance, to include our significant investment into your store’s look and feel
  • *Depending on the scale of development work required, you may have to co-invest in addition to the £50k

  • From day one, you will have access to the full suite of retail reports, tools and systems used by all One Stop stores
  • One of the first steps is to install our market-leading two lane EPoS system. This user-friendly technology is connected to a full back office system, which provides sales and margin reports at the touch of a button; real-time planograms for your store; and auto replenishment, saving you hours on ordering.
  • Other helpful tools include promotional performance reporting and total business performance reporting – all designed to give you the insights you need to make the most of every inch of your store.
  • You’ll also benefit from a fully planned and unique range, tailored to your customers’ needs. Automated planograms take the guess-work out of where to position your stock. As your store grows and your range adapts, your planograms will be automatically updated too. All aimed at boosting sales and increasing profits.
  • Approximately 26 range reviews a year ensures you are stocking the right products at the right time via automated planograms for simplified execution
  • You commit to purchase 95% of your range from One Stop, but with the flexibility to make your own Local Choices – we don’t dictate to you!
  • Store Selection – enables you to source up to 5% of your range from local suppliers
  • Our intelligent auto replenishment system on ambient, chilled, frozen and fresh, allows you to order how you want to. Add, remove or simply let the system do it for you – all from the comfort of your own home via remote access
  • 2 to 3 ambient deliveries per week (up to 4 if required), daily deliveries on milk and bread and up to 6 deliveries a week for fresh & frozen

A True Partnership

  • Initially, you’ll have your own Launch Support Manager, who have all operated a One Stop store. They will work with you and your team to help the transition run as smoothly as possible. They’ll be with you for a full week after the EPoS system is installed, training you and your staff on EPoS, front & back office, whilst trading legally and safely. They’ll also use their expertise to help you build your new range with you.
  • From then on you’ll have your own dedicated Business Development Manager who will visit you every 4 weeks. Their remit is to add value to your store, not sell boxes!
  • During their minimum 3 hour visit, your BDM will work with you and your store team to help grow your sales and improve your margins through range and category reviews. You will benefit from all the advantages of working within a successful retail group.
  • They will also help you get the best out of One Stop’s market leading promotional programme, ensuring that these are mounted and exited in the correct manner.
  • Working together we will create clear action plans to drive continuous improvement throughout your store.
  • Your BDM will provide you with your indicative P&L every month - which is market leading and unique to One Stop, providing your business with a clear proactive financial overview.
  • Our dedicated franchise support centre offers expert advice on all aspects connected with running your store. Help is just a phone call away - open seven days a week and staffed by an expert team who can offer advice on all aspects of running your store.
  • You can also choose from a menu of additional products and services, allowing you to benefit from our scale. We’ve negotiated a wide range of items which are either essential to or will enhance your business.

  • One Stop’s industry-leading promotions offer some of the most competitive meal deals around, such as our market-leading lunchtime £3 meal deal and our extensive 2 for £4 evening meal offer.
