One Stop Middlesbrough store launch raises the bar!

One Stop offers all Franchisee’s a ‘Store Launch Package’ to help make their launch day the best they’ve ever had, and so they can celebrate becoming a One Stop Franchise with their shoppers and community.

The package, free of charge, includes a pre-opening press release to the local newspaper (inviting them to the launch), 1,000 new store launch leaflets tailored for individual stores and delivered directly to the store, a store launch box containing balloons, bunting and the official ribbon to cut on the day, and a face painter for two hours. One or more of the team at One Stop also attend every opening, be it Andrew King (Franchise Director), John Miller (Head of Franchise Operations), or the stores Business Development Manager. One Stop also offer support to Franchisee’s who want to go above and beyond in helping source bouncy castles, balloon arches and anything else to help make the day fantastic!

Imraz, our new Franchisee on Langley Court in Middlesbrough, had his launch day on Saturday 11th June and took full advantage of the launch package offered investing in a popcorn machine, bouncy castle, candy floss and dressed up characters to make it extra special for the community. Formally a non-affiliated independent store at the heart of the community, it was jam-packed with customers on Saturday, looking at what his new One Stop had to offer.

He commented, ‘All our customers are commenting on how brilliant the store looks and feels. It’s bigger, feels cleaner and fresher and customers are amazed at how much more range we have even though shelving space has reduced; we’ve now got the right products in the right place. Our range has doubled in fresh and grocery which means customers can buy more of their meal solutions and main shop with us increasing their basket spend and saving them trekking to the nearest supermarket. The support One Stop Franchise give you is second to none, it felt like our other options would drop you like a sack of spuds once you’d sign up, whereas One Stop is more about growing together and concerned about helping develop my business, keeping on top of sales and helping you work out why and how to make it better. I’m so happy I made the move to One Stop.’
