Drum roll please... 'Franchise Group of the Year' is One Stop Franchise!

At the equivalent of the Oscars in the Grocery retail sector, the Retail Industry Awards awarded One Stop Franchise with ‘Franchise Group of the Year’ last Thursday night at the Grovesnor, London. Judges were particularly impressed with how the model provides strong support to members, specifically highlighting the impressive robust systems and branding; commending their processes, consistency and marketing.

One Stop Franchise was conceived in 2013 and piloted for a year with 5 stores across different formats and missions. One Stop took the model to market in 2014 finishing year one with sixty franchisee’s. 2015 was a big year for the brand; winning the BFA award for ‘Emerging Franchisor of the Year’, opening their 100th Franchise store in Derby, moving into Scotland, and recuiting its first group member - the eight store Wilson operation. 2016 has seen a total of nine stores now opened in Scotland, a steady increase in new franchise openings every week with all like-for-like franchisees seeing an average turnover increase of 9.5%.
